The Balance Audit was created so providers can measure balance performance, compare testing conditions, and see whether an intervention changed anything.

The problem is practical. A provider can watch a balance test and still leave without a record of how much the person moved, whether movement favored one direction, or whether a later test was different. The app is the measurement tool. The education around it is how providers learn to use those measurements without treating them as a diagnosis.
